My son got a beautiful old tallit from his grandfather that was blue and white with hebrew lettering in silver. This kippah was perfect, since it had the same color scheme as the tallit. It is beautifully made and very detailed, in shades of blue with silver. Although a bit smaller than my son's other kippot, it fit him well, since he's smaller. It's not quite a child's size, but if you prefer a smaller kippah, this would be a nice one to purchase.I had a hard time finding a kippah with the same color scheme as the tallit. I had checked out several online judaica stores before going to my old standby, Amazon. Amazon not only had the perfect kippah, but I purchased another one for my son made by the same company. The prices were excellent--less than some of the other online stores. If you want to find several kippot in the same design for others involved in the Bar Mitzvah ceremony, Amazon has bulk kippot packages that are a great deal.

This is a beautiful Kippah.I am very cautious about what kind of Kippah (or anything) that I can wear. It must not have any symbols, icons or anything that could be construed as an idol of any kind.That means no state symbols (despite my obvious support for Israel, duh), no animals, no idols, no figurines, nada. This is one of the few kippahs on Amazon which matches my requirements - it is a very tasteful kippah with artwork of beautiful Jerusalem.That being said, unfortunately my head is too large to comfortably wear this. I wish they made a bigger size. This is not a problem with the kippah itself, but my rather large dimensions, therefore I will deduct no points.

Truly beautiful, but will not stay on my head, which is a large head. I am returning it, sadly, for it is the best looking kippah I've ever bought. I guess I need to stick with a cotton weave which adapts better to my head and will stay on without clips.

Bought 2 for my sons wedding. Both the groom and best man (my sons) wore them. Their beautifully made and very well. Now they have a keepsake from the wedding.
