Q: Why does the package pictured say 8.5 oz but the description says 5.5oz?

i’m not sure where amazon got this image, but this product on the official website as well as other retailing sites say 5.5 oz

Thank you for your question! We do not recommend this product for dogs that are under 12 weeks of age, elderly, or have existing dental problems because of how hard the chew is. We do offer other softer chews that may interest you such as the yakyCHURRO and yakyYUM, but of course consult your vet beforehand. Milk, citrus juice, salt. Super simple.

Q: One of my 3 chews came with a white residue. Is this okay or normal?

None of the ones I’ve purchased have had a residue on them. I would return the product if it doesn’t look normal.
