SicceSyncra Silent 1.0 Multi-Purpose Pump, Designed for Freshwater and Saltwater

I’ve tried many pumps in the past for my nano set ups, and when it came to replacing the stock pump on my Waterbox 10gallon I thought this would be a good option to maximise flow and reduce noise. In terms of flow rate this is fantastic, however it is incredibly loud compared to even the stock pump that came with the tank.

Pump was silent the first day, now has terrible vibration, prop is to loose inside chamber.

Bought for it's silent operation. Not so silent. Output good though. had to stop using it as ther noise was from the impeller. far too much play.

Yes a good pump. By no means silent. Bought as a replacement for the stock Fluval one in an Evo 13.5. It fits in the chamber fine. It’s louder than the Fluval and even louder than the Eheim that I’ve in turn replaced it with. Putting ‘silent’ in the product name completely over promises and as a result, disappoints.

Very loud compared to Eheim or Newa pumps. Why they call it "silent" I don't know. 🤔

Very loud water pump! My fish are complaining they cant sleep. I bought this pump because I see reviews on you tube and most of them saying its very quiet; well, I think they need to have their ears checked. This pump is only quiet when your holding it with your hand under water.

brilliant flow but not silent not even quiet, bought this pump to upgrade my standard pump in a Fluval Evo its certainly noisier

This pump was recommended by multiple people to use on my daughters Fluval Evo 13.5 tank. It moves a lot more water than the stock pump and is ultra quiet. I can't even tell it's on without looking for the water flow. The Fluval Evo's third chamber is a tight fit but with a little moving around, we get no noise out of it.

Personally I am very allergic to noise. My used aquarium came with a very noise pump. Had to replace it, and choose this one. Initially, it still made a bit of noise. I guess because there was still some air inside it, or vibrating a bit against the walls of my sump. It's nice and very silent now. Quality build too. Very happy with it.

It’s been a year and this pump is still going strong after running almost 24/7 (turn off for feeding tank).It isn’t perfectly silent, but I like it enough I have since got 2 more. One for water changes and another for another tank I am in the process of setting up.

I received my pump earlier today and here is what I like so far.1. Moves A lot of water compared to the stock pump that came with the Fluval 13.5 as of right now there is a slight dead spot in the tank which is underneath the return nozzles. But very minimal dead spot.2. No modifications the stock return hose that came with the fluval is a bit longer due to the minimal height of this pump so there is a bit of slack. I did not cut it off just in case this pump failed for whatever reason and I had to switch back to the stock fluval pump.3. The noise level is minimal. There is a slight hum... from 3 feet away but you can barely hear it. You won’t loose sleep if it’s in your bedroom.One final comment. when I installed this pump it picked up a lot of uneaten food and other goodies you may find in your sand/gravel tank cleared up within 1 hour. Fish are swimming in the current and look happier.
