Q: What is the difference between the cuticle scissors curved and the cuticle tower point scissors?

Cuticle scissors are narrower and can reach in tighter spaces. A tower point scissor for not have as much flexibility for use.

The blades may roll the nail and possibly tear it. I use them on mine, if needed, after my nails have been wet down and softened, like after a shower, or used for hangnails.

Q: Are these scissors for people that are left and right handed when doing nails and should curved or straight?

The blades are not set up for left handed people, I'm left handed and I don't have too much trouble using them. They do cut finger nails pretty well. The blades are curved, it helps with some applications.
