指の機能を回復させるリハビリグッズです。 洗濯ばさみのようですが、かなり反発力が強いです。 強さは色分けされていて、つまむ力が回復するにつれ、色を変えていきます。 各色2個セットの商品が多いのですが、私は目的が左手の骨折のリハビリのみなので、各色1個のこの商品にしました。

My pinch strength was non-existent when I bought these. Yellow was tough to start with but within a few days it was easy and became my warm-up colour before moving onto red. A week or so later and red is starting to get easy so I about to progress up again. So glad I bought these, they are really helping rehabilitate my hand and fingers. They do fly apart sometimes if you cannot control the weight properly, but they are super easy to fix.
