Instantly made my knee pain much less painful. I have flat feet which, recently when I have been running has caused constant knee pain - put this compression support on and the pain resolves massively. It is so good that I now need to get one for my other knee! Really comfortable, doesn’t slip down and can wear happily under my jeans.

2 knee sleeves - good and protected the movements - active sportman could even continue almost the same level, but carefully with leg and knee movements.. easy to use easy to keep clean.. choosed dark sleeves,, can have loose trousers or gym trousers under.
