The spice packet is mild and not spicy. I like to boil the noodles in water for a couple mintues until just al dente. Then I add the noodles (after draining them) to a broth with baby bok choy, mushrooms, and vegan ham. It makes for a nice light lunch or dinner. They also taste great fried.

These and the kimchi ones are some of the best you can get.

Just regular shin noodles without the spice element. They sound good on paper but I will say they have a stranger aftertaste that is hard to get rid of.

This ramen is very tasty. However it’s a bit spicy so be ready. I love ramen. Give this a go.
