Excellent product. One of the highest in elemental Magnesium.

Was one of the few magnesium supplements I have found where the level of elemental magnesium was high enough to be be totally beneficial.. Decent price. Have bought a few times and would recommend.

Im on my third bottle of this magnesium. I take it nightly. Prevents my restless legs and helps me sleep better.

I bought this because the ingredients matched with what I wanted. The price was better than going to a local business. Price, quantity, and better ingredients.

I love the product and have bought other products from them as well, but it gave me the runs for 1 week. Got off it and I’m fine now. Beware if you’re sensitive!

Overall, I think this is a great magnesium supplement. It works as well as the others I've tried in terms of relaxation and calming down before bed. The capsules are standard size and generally free form defects or residue though I did notice a few that were inconsistently filled. Overall, I think this is a great option and not a bad value considering they are GMP made and a good quality supplement.

Ho aspettato un pó a recensire questo prodotto perché volevo avere una finestra temporale valida di osservazione….e posso dire che non mi peno dell’acquisto anzi: a prescindere dalle qualità del magnesio che tutti più o meno conosciamo, posso affermare con certezza che (almeno su di me) l’effetto rilassante e di induzione di sonnolenza, funziona e alla grande. Presa la dose consigliata (due cpr), dopo circa 20/30 minuti comincio ad avere le cosiddette cascate di sonno, con testa pesante e occhi che si chiudono. Se il film che si sta guardando in tv é interessante forse si riesce pure a finirlo, ma se ,invece, é un poco noioso l’effetto “sonnifero” é garantito. Riesco a prendere sonno con facilità e “rischio” pure di fare una tirata di sonno unica: noto infine che la mattina, quando mi sveglio, avrei potuto dormire anche qualche oretta in più L’effetto é comunque di un sonno profondo e rilassante. A mio parere: consigliato!

Great stuff. Although, I will say it did give my gf a bit of an upset stomach. To be fair she didn't have it quite with food so maybe that's it.

Suplemento de buena calidad. Me permite descansar mucho mejor. Entiendo que no debería tener mucha diferencia frente a otro Glicinato de Magnesio, he probado muchos, pero parece que con este duermo mejor... no sé por qué... Recomendado!
