i've been using this product for years. recently they changed the formula and i think it colors better than before and leaves my hair softer. Definitely use gloves! very natural looking. if you don't leave it on too long, it will still leave a few gray hairs, making your hair look more natural

The item works well although I was sent the wrong color. The only problem I had was after I peeled off the protective seal the product didn't come out of brush end. I found that the dye was dried at the very end of the tube and had to use a pair of scissors to bust through it. After that I didn't have any issue. I used this color anyways and it is a bit too dark for my hair.

This works as well as I would expect a hair dye to work. It is very easy to put on, though a little challenging to make sure I don't have to push it all around because I squeezed too much out in the beginning. As other have said, you do need to make sure that it does not get on things you care about (walls, countertop, clothes, etc.). I also found, as other have mentioned, that it can stain your skin but nothing an alcohol wipe won't take off. The one surprise is that I have to let my hair dry completely before having it touch anything else -- I made a mistake and went to bed one time with damp hair and stained my pillowcase. All of those are things I can work around. About my only real surprise is that it turns out much darker than expected for medium brown A-35. I have used this for a while and will continue to use it.

Love this stuff. Easy to use, quick 15 minutes and way more affordable and last longer that at a salon
