I love and recommend this 100% ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not the best *by J***S on July 17, 2025* So I haven't used it yet. But the assembly instructions are useless. It doesn't tell you what screw to put where. I see holes and I have screws and nuts left over but I have no idea what to do with them. I took a swag at it and I think I did it right but the ropes seem a little short. Like I won't get a full ROM through shoulder eccentric extension.
