A friend got mine into my 2000 Chevy Tahoe for me. So I assume it will work in your 2002 Yukon. Speakers are great and give good base and sound. Great quality for the price!

No a 8 in subwoofer will not fit for stock replacement speakers nine times out of 10 the replacement speaker is only 6.5 occasionally you will find an 8-in subwoofer in certain vehicles check your owner's manual and see but I'm almost positive you have a 6.5 you can also get that from boss and many other brands to choose from

This subwoofer is designed for auto use, however for the price might be worth looking into. Keep in mind this is a single voice subwoofer. That means it will only pick up bass notes. I don’t know anything ahout your karioke machine, but you may need a dual voice for that.
