For a head volume of 56-58 cm it is too narrow and compresses the face a lot so it is uncomfortable to wear

What I Like - The price for a 3 pack was extremely fair and the most enticing part for me, as well as the good ratings. They are made well, the sewing is good and there was no defects that I could see. I gave them a wash on delicate cycle with cold water, then dried on low. They came out just fine. They fit well. They’re nice and thin, which is what I wanted. There was no discomfort. What I Don’t Like - Nothing.

Using them for under helmet when riding. Holds up sweat very good, keeping the helmet clean. Mainly using it to protect the helmet and my hair. They come in a pack of 3 so its convenient if you need to wash 1 or 2 of them. So far so good, none of them teared yet.

One of the challenges of exercising in VR with a device such as the Oculus Quest is the sweat factor. The face pads are either fabric or silicone. Fabric faceplates get sweat soaked, eventually becoming a petri dish of bacteria sitting against your face. Silicone faceplates don't absorb sweat, but it means that you have to remove the mask often to wipe away the rivulets of sweat than have accumulated on your face. There's also the risk of sweat working its way into the device, and destroying the internal electronics. The idea came to me to wear a thin balaclava when using my Oculus for exercise. I have a silicone faceplate, so the thin layer of fabric absorbs the sweat instead of it collecting on my face. When I'm finished my session I can then toss it in the laundry. These balaclavas work perfectly for that purpose. In fact, there is a bonus to them. If you rinse them in cool water and put it on BEFORE you start your session, it helps to keep you cool while exercising so that you sweat less in the first place.
