The only way I can answer your question is the following: I’m diabetic, but I do not take medicine, I control it myself. I bought these candies because it’s sugar-free. I actually would eat several at a time because they were so good. When I eat something that’s too sweet, I know it, it affects my eyes. I did not experience dizziness eating these.
