Ok I bought this 5 years ago and forgot to review LOL so basically it works and we now have a 5 year old. He took one beginning of January 2021 and I found out I was pregnant February 11th 2021. Not sure if its luck, genetics or super sperm but voila we have a child.

The box arrived a little dog-eared, but that didn't bother me too much as the contents were fine. These are great his-and-hers pregnancy vitamins and seem to contain everything needed. The tablets are quite large, but they're still easy enough to swallow. They do have a slight taste when taking them; I don't mind it, but my partner isn't a fan of the flavour. Despite that, they're easy to take and we're pleased with the product overall.

We had been trying for 2 years without success. In our desperation, we googled everything, and came across these tablets. There are alot of reviews of people saying they tried for 6 months, took these for a couple of weeks, then bingo. The chances are it takes 6-12 months to conceive, and takes a good few months to improve sperm quality. So these reviewers probably would have conceived without these tablets. We started taking these and we went to see a doctor who ran all the tests, after 2 years of trying as per NHS guidance. I must admit my diet can be pretty poor, I'm a shift worker and struggle to always eat well. Sperm is affected massively by diet. I had been taking these for 6 months by the time my sperm got tested, and it came back that it was way above average, which I can only put down to these tablets. We finally conceived through IUI after 30 months of trying. As the title of the review says, they aren't a miracle pill, but I believed they helped quite a bit. Good luck to everyone trying to conceive. Update - unfortunately we miscarried. We both continued taking these tablets, but both gave up hope. Then bingo, pregnant again. My wife is now 4 months. It's taken 3 years to get to this point. Through all the tests, the medical staff were really impressed with my sperm test, this has to be down to the tablets, as I previously mentioned, my diet isn't great.

Best supplements ever

I spent a long time reading reviews for these before buying them. I was skeptical about the negative reviews of people saying they didn’t ovulate or it messed with their cycle because I was unsure how something that are essentially multivitamins could change that so drastically. However, I have been taking these vitamins for the first time this cycle (been TTC for 11 months). I started taking them on day 1 of my cycle (I have a 31 day cycle and OPK usually picks up LH surge on day 17 of my cycle) I am now on day 20 and still no LH surge. I’m annoyed and disappointed because when you’ve been trying this long every month matters. I’m quite confused as to how vitamins can make such a difference?! Very strange. Before taking these I was taking folic acid, vitamin c and zinc, vitamin d, and a vitamin b complex but all as separate tablets and always had LH surge on time. I wish there was some explanation as to what it is in these that’s making a difference to people’s cycles??! I should say I have had no other weird symptoms that others have mentioned (I get the luminous wee but that’s one of the B vitamins that does that and it happens with any b complex I take). My partner has been taking the male ones and has no complaints other than they taste a bit weird but obviously they are swallowed pretty quickly so that’s hardly an issue. People have said they are too big, and I guess that’s a personal thing, but I or he didn’t find them hard to swallow at all. I shall update this review at some point once this cycle is over and I know if I ovulated and if/how delayed my AF was. EDITTED: I did get my surge but 3 days late. My usual 31 day cycle was increased to 35 days. I am yet to fall pregnant but that’s not the fault of the vitamins. I will continue to take them as I want the right balance of vitamin in my body for when I do hopefully fall pregnant. Just be warned that it does seem to change your cycle. There is also a warning in bold on the box of these vitamins that acknowledges your period may be delayed.
