Supporta i processori AMD Ryzen serie 7000 e 8000, con piena compatibilità per DDR5, PCIe 5.0 e tutte le tecnologie più recenti. Il layout è ben organizzato, con 10+2+1 fasi di alimentazione digitali e dissipatori VRM adeguati anche per CPU di fascia alta. La stabilità dell’alimentazione è ottima, anche sotto carichi prolungati, il che la rende adatta non solo al gaming ma anche a usi più pesanti come editing e rendering. Per l’espansione, troviamo uno slot PCIe 5.0 x16 rinforzato e due slot PCIe 4.0 x4, più 3 slot M.2, di cui uno PCIe 5.0 con dissipatore dedicato. È quindi pronta per SSD di ultima generazione e configurazioni di storage veloci. Presenti anche 4 porte SATA per HDD e SSD tradizionali. Sul fronte connettività, è ben equipaggiata: Wi-Fi 6E + Bluetooth 5.2 LAN 2.5 GbE integrata Porte USB 3.2 Gen2x2 (Type-C), USB 3.2 Gen2, USB 2.0 Uscite video HDMI e DisplayPort per chi usa APU Ryzen La compatibilità con la piattaforma Q-Flash Plus è un grande vantaggio: si può aggiornare il BIOS anche senza CPU installata, utile se si monta un processore appena uscito. Il BIOS GIGABYTE è chiaro e aggiornato, con un’interfaccia accessibile anche a chi non è esperto, ma con opzioni avanzate per overclock e tuning. Esteticamente, ha un look sobrio e moderno, con finiture nere e grigie e RGB discreto, gestibile via RGB Fusion. In sintesi, è una scheda madre completa, stabile e pronta per il futuro, ideale per build AM5 di medio-alta gamma. Offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo per chi vuole performance, connettività e aggiornabilità senza compromessi.

I have this board in production for a couple of weeks now. I have done many DIY builds myself, but this one was quite nerve-wrecking. You might be inclined to return the board because nothing seems to happen after powering up the system, however, you need to be very, very patient with this board when you run it for the first time, or whenever you make RAM changes. Along with a Ryzen 9 9950X3D + 3D V-cache and 64GB RAM, i had to be patient for a whopping long 9 minutes before my system showed some post. I learned that AM5 boards are extensively testing your RAM configuration before making it post and it can take some 5 minutes, but i did not accounted for the fact that the fTPM key database apparently was programmed and it needed more time to figure out that the new CPU was not going to unlock the configured keys on top of its RAM testing. The board has one fast NVME 2.0 PCIe4 slot and then a few PCIe3 slots, WIFI and 1GB ethernet. The BIOS has many configuration features, the ones you want to aim at for Wifi is likely that enabling Network Stack and degrading the Wifi standard to the old 11n standards will make WiFi work more reliably. For the 1Gb NIC i am not really happy to report that i could only get a fast wired connection, by simply adding an extra PCI-x NIC and use that one. Both are Realtek, but the on-board realtek behaves as if it has to be pulled out of a deeply sunk mudpool before it can start to run, and whatever settings and drivers i tried (also older realtek drivers), when transferring files between the PC and my NAS devices, there was always a 1 to 2MB/s startrate that took seconds before speed went up to 120/130MB/sec. Not that this matters much to me, but i think Gigabyte should have done a lot better as this is really way below their minimum quality line. All said and done, if you don't mind adding an extra NIC or lower the WIFI specs and can bring up the patients for its first start, this board still has a lot of value to offer for the money that i spend on it. But if you have to spend 20 bucks more on a NIC, i suspect you can get a much better Main PCB for that amount of money.

Had all the features I wanted! It was very easy to build and work with! Very good manual, hard to do things wrong. I would very much recommend it!
