Keeper but has misgivings
Overall. picture quality wise, I am very happy. Screen is bright and colors appear realistic. It gets a 10Overall, sound wise, I am not happy. It sounds like the audio is compressed and voices sound like I am listening through a tin can. Audio gets a -1.Instillation is simple and straight forward. I did both stand and wall. There is a setting for STAND or WALL but I did not hear any difference.TV is not very heavy so putting it on a wall mount shouldn't be to difficult for most people.Remote control is way too busy with too many buttons that do nothing. For functionality, it is a smart TV which means LG demands that you use their installed apps, or you get other apps. Too many useless (IMHO) apps. But a plus is one can either delete the apps or hide the apps.WEBOS is not very good. FireTV has a better functionality. At least with FireTV one can add usable apps like KODI or other add-ons. WEBOS will not allow anything that LG has not approved, kind of like iOS vs Android; iOS controls you, you control Android.WEBOS Browser is almost usable. However, there are web pages that I can access on my browsers, not not on the WEBOS Browser. My fall back is to use FireTV 4K Max which is connected to this LG TV so I can do things WEBOS will not allow. As much as I don't like Silk Browser, it is better in some ways to the WEBOS Brosser. One decent option is the ability to connect my HP Laptop to the TV screen via Bluetooth. Another decent things is the ability to control FireTV with the LG Remote (some limited functions).Overall I will keep it at 5 Stars even though it has Audio and WEBOS misgivings. It this TV worth the price? If you are extremely budget minded I would say yes. If you like FireTV vs ChromeCast, then look at the Hisense or TCL TVs which support FireTV directly.--------------Added --------------If you want to use Optical Audio Output, make sure you connect the cable first before putting on the wall mount. The bracket covers the connection port and you will have to take the TV off the wall. The remote that comes with the TV is NOT the "Magic Remote". Because of that, many options are NOT AVAILABLE unless you purchase the "Magic Remote". Options such as Voice Commands, HDMI settings and other things.I have added a Assistrust KY8000 Soundbar. It solves the problem of the less-than-desireable audio from the TV. This soundbar is inexpensive and available here on Amazon.

So much better than other brands
I’ve had an LG TV for nearly 6 years that was only 43 inches and it worked wonderfully, but it finally started having trouble just recently so I replaced it again with a bigger screen size for 55 inch and I love it! For a minute, I bought a Google TV at TCL thing And I hated it. I absolutely hated it. The remote control didn’t have a numeric pad like this one does the brightness of it just doesn’t compare to LG! I’m losing my eyesight and it was so difficult because there were a couple of movies that I really enjoy watching that had night scenes that were so dark. You couldn’t even see the people! That doesn’t happen with LG. It’s wonderful easy to use great color superior sound you have so many choices it’s wonderful. I highly recommend this TV and this brand compared to most. I’ve never had a problem with LG and I’m hoping not to have one in so far so good with this one. I don’t see anything that could cause it except the beautiful color maybe going someday hopefully not for another five or six years.

Tv is soooo light.
I’m somebody that keeps things till they go bad. My last TV was 20 years old before it quit. So technology has come a long way and it was all new to me. No more RCA A/V cords. Who knew. This TV is so light and just over $200. My first LG product and I like it. Can’t speak to longevity but otherwise, I recommend it. Hope this helps.

DON'T BUY A TV OR ANY HIGH VALUE ELECTRONICS!!!
Never buy any high priced electronics from Amazon. There are two reasons. I bought this LG 4K on August 13. Days later the sound wouldn't come on when using my laptop to my Bose, that worked at the start upon receiving it and hooking it up. No modifications were made. I turned the TV on in the morning, and there was no sound. I checked everything as far as drivers, cables, Windows updates, and rebooting it. No change. I Uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. I had sound when I tested the laptop speakers, but none from the Earc to the Bose. I had the same set up on a different tv and all was fine. On top of that, the picture image changed to a high contrast look twice, and I had to power it off overnight, before the regular picture returned to normal the next morning. While watching movies on Prime Video, the picture was in black and white. I had a standard LG, 4K LCD tv before this that I bought at Best Buy in 2015, and it worked very well even after eight years. Needless to say, I really wanted this TV to work out because I was a big LG TV fan. I finally got fed up with all these issues, and decided to return it to Amazon before my thirty day window ended. I packed it in the box it came in, along with the packing materials I saved. This is where the 2nd part that really upset me. After returning it through UPS, I called Amazon about my refund, and was told I'd receive it within 2 to3 hours once received. What wasn't explained is the fact that it's not it's received through UPS that the refund is processed, like any other return, but when the TV is delivered to a different state. So, the TV was delivered the next morning to Amazon, and it's almost 24 hours later, but no refund has been processed. Now the refund estimate is 8 days from now. I've been lied to 3 times throughout this whole process by customer service about my refund. I was told things would happen that hasn't happened, and the story changes from rep to rep. It seems that Amazon holds on to your refund in hopes you might miss out on a sale with a similar product elsewhere. They take your money instantly, but it takes weeks to return it back to you. This is real bad business. I'm taking my business elsewhere, and with never buy hundred dollar electronics from amazon.com again. If they don't trust their customers, they should schedule an appointment to have to same guys who deliver the TVs pick them up, and pack them to ensure all is received, so customers can also receive full credit and an immediate refund of their purchase.

LG 65 Inch 4G TV
Beautiful picture like all of my LG's have had. 4g, 65 inch. The OS is a little on the slower side but not really a problem, especially at this price.Sound is surprisingly good!Plays video games streamed over my physical Steam Box (yeah they are a rare item nowadays....haven't attempted to install the wi-fi version on the TV) for when my wife and I want to play Project Zomboid in couch co-op in the living room and not my cramped den.
