Q: What is the caffeine content for each cup?

average caffeine content for 8oz brewed coffee is around 95mg, so if i had to guess around 190mg a cup. or about 30mg more caffeine than your average energy drink

Q: How much caffeine is actually in these? Because I don't feel like it's much more then a regular cup

The exact amount I couldn’t tell you. But I normally add a stok caffeine cup to my regular coffee and I don’t need it when I use the double caffeine pods
