エアマットに重ねて使っています。木製の平均台を使っていましたが、やっぱり指を打つと痛いし、重いし邪魔でした。こちらは3つ折りにできるし、軽いし、マットに重ねて側転などしてもすべることもなくいい感じです。毎日使っています。
