Excellent support for the wrist and good grip when using weights. Very helpful when using the exercise bands as well, keeps the bands from cutting into the hand. Easy to put on, easy removal. I hand washed and the gloves came out great.

I wasn't sure about these due to the long wrist strap - I apparently missed that when I ordered. So I gave them a try and while it does add some bulk to the wrist area it also provides a nice feeling of support. Great gloves for working out

i use these for indoor rock climbing and light weight lifting. fit great and the wwist strap is heavy duty

Nice gloves, but poor wrist support. You can not get a good tight fit because the velcro does not line up with cling pad. See photos

These gloves are almost perfect. The size chart is spot on. The stitching is excellent. The fabric is thin, but strong. It has lots of air holes that keep my hands cool. I love the wrist wraps. My wrists are weak, so the wrap keeps them stable, and “sprain” free. They're longer than I'd expected, so they wrap tightly. The finger tabs are long and make them easier to remove, better than any other workout gloves I've owned. The only disappointing design issue is that the palm padding could be thicker. Amazon sent me the wrong color (black instead of pink), but that had no bearing on my rating. They deserve five stars. The price is extremely reasonable compared to other gloves I saw in brick and mortar stores. They're east to put on and take off, even when my palms are sweaty. The only other comment I have is...BUY THEM.

After benching over 100k all your gloves tend to fall apart and hurt while lifting within a couple months. Just got these, the padding is perfect, no longer damaging my hands and they are cumfy, looks like they will last too.
