How many lbs resistance is the elite level on each side?

One reviewer said to bite the "sides" not the top. How do you do that? Is it actually working? Anyone willing to post before and after photos?

Does not work as advertised, better products exist.

Trainer does not last 1 week. It gets damaged. Do you offer replacement?
