I have problems with low sodium and get dehydrated easily. I take sodium pills and was drinking regular Gatorade, but GatorLyte is soo much better. It is truly a game changer for me; I can tell a difference right after I drink one. They are worth the extra money. I will be using this long term. My favorite is the mixed berry!

I had never drank a Gatorlyte until January 26, when I was released from the hospital, after having had an emergency major abdominal surgery. I couldn’t eat. At all. I could barely drink anything. So I decided to buy a bunch of different kinds of drinks to see what I could hold down. And this product, specifically in mixed berry, was the standout. Not only was I able to keep it down , and made me feel noticeably better, but it’s actually delicious! I HIGHLY recommend keeping it on hand. It doesn’t have to be for someone who’s ill or an athlete. It’s for everyone. I drink one every day regardless, and I save money by making it a subscription.
