I have one in the basement, one in the kitchen under the sink, and one near the water heater in the garage. All stay connected without any drops. **Sensitivity:** They are *very* sensitive to moisture. A tiny splash during setup triggered the alarm instantly. Honestly, that’s exactly what I want—no delays when it matters. **Alarm & Notifications:** The built-in sound alarm is loud enough to hear across the house, but the real game-changer is the phone alerts. If we’re out of the house, we still know immediately if something’s wrong. Easy to setup. Loud alarm when in contact with water and immediate app notifications. Took away my stress to monitor my basement constantly when I'm out on vacation.

Seems to be an excellent device. It was extremely easy to set up and I tested it by poring water near one of the sensors and immediately received an email telling me of the "spill". There are a couple of things that would make it even better: 1. The devices that detect water spills are identical. You give them names in the app (e.g., "kitchen", "bathroom"), but it would be nice to have a place on each device to record its name. 2. The online manual is very poorly presented: the contents seem to be fine, but the pages are almost unreadable.

Great product- very easy to set up, did a test and works well. Can only give 4 stars at this point since I only recently bought it and time will tell how it performs/lasts.... otherwise would give 5.

Off to a good start! The notifications aren’t perfect but we’re working on optimizing - for now, the alarm is loud and we have emails turned on. I tested all 3 in the kit with just a small amount of water and all 3 went off as they should. Gateway is on our ground floor and we have sensors on that floor and in the basement and they all show a strong signal. I’m hopeful this was a good buy! We’ve used the brand for lights in the house before so love that we could use that same app, and there’s some Alexa comparability.
