Thank you for the refund.
Initial bag of rice was contaminated by liquid, due to the courier breaking an item for delivery, who returned the item to Amazon, he was not apologetic. Therefore I cannot comment on the flavour. It took the seller nearly 4 weeks to issue a refund which was good as perishable food stuff is not normally refundable. There is rice out there for half the price of what I paid which has a good flavour, and I do not doubt that the rice that I bought has a good flavour.
