Q: can you use dry without shaving cream

I have before but only on my neck, in fact I only use these on my neck line to keep my beard looking nice. I wouldn't recommend dry shaving unless absolutely necessary.

Q: Can you remove/change the razor blade itself?

No you cannot, it's a disposable razor. However be very careful, thats a surgical scalpel blade & it's extremely SHARP! You can actually shave an area WITHOUT water or shaving cream.

Q: Are these strile? Is each item individually packed?

no....but they come all together in a closed bag

Q: Can these be disassembled?

Only plastic top (like in the picture). The other piece isn’t scheduled to be disassembled
