I don’t typically write a review but… this supplement taken with my 100mg of progesterone before bed has been a game changer. My brain feels calm when I wake up and the timing of that wake up has extended to about 5:30am. I still want to sleep longer — but there is no grogginess. And.. I can fall back asleep. This works for lowering the cortisol. It takes around 10-12 days but it works. One thing You need to do is work out the right dosage.

Bought for reducing cortisol (studies suggest 10-20% reduction) - cortisol levels were lower in my recent blood test, but cannot say for sure this was the cause. Capsules are small and easy to swallow which is a bonus.
