(the left ankle was damaged in a car accident, I think the right one flares when it compensates.) I watch a video reminding me how to KT tape the area, and viola! problem solved. **Q: Is this tape hypoallergenic? I see it is latex free which is good but what about the adhesive?** A: I don’t have sensitive skin usually but I also had a reaction to the adhesive.
