The formulation contains a small amount of tea tree oil (anti-bacterial), jojoba oil (balances sebum) and grape see oil (anti-inflammatory). If you are asking because you are concerned about eyelash extensions, the foaming cleanser should be used to clean, wash and rinse the eyelids with a small makeup brush. Make sure your eyes are closed, because it is a soap after all. If you are asking because you are concerned about acne, the ingredients in the foaming cleanser are not known to cause acne. In fact, it's quite the opposite. Tea tree oil naturally will kill bacteria-causing acne.

Q: Do i use this everyday or just when I need it?

UPDATE: This stuff has worked so well that I now use this mainly, and the tea tree oil as a night time addition. Currently I am having no side effect. I wash my face, then wash the eyes/eyelids/eyebrows with the foam cleanser and let it sit on for 10 seconds...then rinse off. Then I apply a thin coat of vaseline to the upper eye lid (nothing visible). I can go 8-10 hours before I feel the need to refresh it....and repeat the morning cycle. No more itching/tingling/watering/dryness/swelling! Then at night, same thing but I use a Q-tip and lightly swab the base of the eyelids with the tea tree oil and pat off the excess with a tissue. The last 2 weeks have been "like the old days" before the blepharitis came on. I hope this helps.
