Q: Do I need to use kiln wash if I'm using kiln paper to fire my glass pieces?

No. I prefer kiln wash because it's less expensive to use, but you don't need both. That being said the kiln wash goes a loooong way!

Q: Is this wash suitable for microwave glass fusing?

I don't think it would work on the small kiln shelf. It has to be put on actual shelving. The microwave kiln requires the paper.

Q: Do I need to use kiln wash every time I fire a glass piece?

Yes, otherwise you risk the glass sticking to the shelf.
