Used for almost 2 years exactly as instructed - not a single new hair grew. Zero improvement. Zero results. Complete waste of time and money. This product is nothing but an overpriced scam.

I have been wanting to try this machine since I've seen it reviewed on youtube but the price and skepticism held me back. Thank goodness for the money back guarantee and holiday sale!! I have been using the system for only a month now but I do see some improvement. I didn't experience much shedding as claimed which is good. I hope this continues until the 6th month. Will update.

It took less than a week to get. The instructions are easy to follow. They offer to send different pads if needed at no cost if the standard ones preinstalled don’t fit right. When I registered the product for the warranty the representative was friendly and easy to work with. The process was quick and easy. I have no idea if it will work for me or not as I have only used it a couple of times. If it doesn’t I can get a refund as long as I ask for it within 12 months of the purchase date. I figure it’s worth it to at least try their product.
