Very good punchy midbass and amazing, if even a little too bright, tweeters

Great set of component speakers. Hardest part of the entire install was figuring out where to mount the tweeters and the crossover in my 2005 Honda Pilot. I opted to custom mount my tweeters in the sail panels for optimum sound imaging. These speakers are an immense improvement over the stock tweeters and woofers of my front doors. I can now hear much more detail in music that I was never able to hear before because my stock speakers were overpowering the poorly located tweeters in my dash. I paired these speakers with a set of Kicker 6.5 2 way speakers (model # 43DSC6504) in my rear doors. TLDR: If you're looking for a great set of component speakers at a reasonable price with great sound quality, these are a good way to go.

Pretty cheap speakers, didn't install them, just sent them back. They may have served their purpose but I found them cringe worthy. I mean, if your spending hours of your labor and money on other things like, sound deadening, wiring, amplification etc it just seems silly to buy speaker so cheaply made.

I purchased these speakers last year from my Saturn Vue and after having them or about 13 months one has already blown out completely! Not what I expected from kicker! Look for some better quality speakers.

I payed these speakers with the kicker key amplifier and my 2015 Jeep Wrangler sounds amazing now.
