Feeeeeeeeel gooooood!!!
I’m a cooker in a restaurant and have to stand in the one position and work hard all day, my neck is so pianful and i tried to get massage and wasn’t help my neck that much, but this help my neck so good, I get so much better and I sleep longer than I usual, I love this so much man!!

Broke at the first day
The construction is just not sturdy enough. It broke at the first day, when I used it the second time. I heard a "POP" sound, and the plastic piece that connect to a metallic piece on the left side was broken when I was pumping air into the device.I actually do like the design of this collar, though. After I returned it, I ordered a different one, and while the new one is more sturdy, it's very bulky and the pump isn't as user friendly as this one.

Bad quality & customer service
I use it in the right way as my previous one. It is broken just after 3 months I got it. I contacted the customer service to repair it or return it. No one answered me. It is a very expensive product without service.

Does not work
This traction device does not work as well as the lesser expensive pump up device. What a waste of money.Unfortunately I have passed the return date.Only thing I have ever bought from Amazon I was disappointed in.

Comfortable
I had a injury that request me use this type of device to support my neck about 2 years ago. That one was a plastic with lower cost but difficult to put on and sweat easily after a while. And left markers on my skin. I like this one because it's more breathable, lighter, adjustable, easy wear, and can use for a longer time.Some times I wear it when I need to use computer, because its correct me eye level and I can not drop my head for avoid the extra pressure. I like it has adjustable length function so I adjust for senses that suit me more comfortable for setting or standing or walking around.I would wish it comes with more supplements of changeable pad or fabric for chin pad, or back side part.
