Q: are the straps adjustable enough to fit a child's size foot (6 yr old, size 13 in kids)?

The straps aren’t adjustable and I wouldn’t recommend this unit. Terrible workmanship. Returned mine and replaced with 2nd one, it too was broken. Returned replacement.
