will this product be big enough to hold locs, that are skinny and shoulder length?

This product is so tight, it was hard for me to stretch it out. I have long straight hair and it did not work very well for me. If i do it too loose, it slides down. If I tighten, it gave me headaches. For locks, it may work but I am not sure.

I do not remember where they were made. They did not have a strange smell. They broke immediately when we used them. My daughter has very thick hair.

That's difficult to answer...they are fairly tight so I would say they stretch enough but not too much...
