Lovely spice.
Tasty little grains in a strong resealable pouch. I put them in an empty pepper mill and use just like black pepper on top of soup, eggs, fish, or in vinaigrettes for salads. The flavour is less pungent than black pepper, but has a more complex woodsy/herbal note. I also add them whole when making kompot drinks, and sieve them out before serving.
