Q: What is the thickness of the blade?

Roughly 1/4” thick at the end. Tapers up a bit. Very sturdy and well made. Hit many rocks and it didn’t flinch. Simply step on it, when it goes down you can pull it towards youbto make the trench as wide as needed.

Q: In my view, the description seems to confuse the t handle with the straight handle version. how can i be sure about which version i am buying?

The current listing on Amazon has a 45 in. and a 48 in. model. The 45 in. is the t- handle version

Q: How long is the blade itself?

The blade is 8.25in wide by 10in long and is 7-gauge (3/16in) steel.
