Really have enjoyed these so far as they’ve replaced a few supplements I was using and I’ve not noticed anything bad happening. The only thing I’ll mentioned is that the capsules are pretty big (I have small hands for reference in the photo, my ring is a men’s size 10). I don’t have any trouble taking them but I could see where others potentially could. Otherwise I’ve enjoyed these so far and will continue to order as I’ve found the ingredients to be good and effective.

At least I'm kinda putting this in the nootropic blend category even though it's more aimed at cell improvement instead of purely brain power improvement.I believe this may be boosting my focus and energy a bit so I'm liking it so far. As always I like the quality of the packaging this vendor provides. The vitamin pills are clean and easy to take.Taking NMNH is many times more potent than taking NMN or NAD+ so I'm hopeful that before my first bottle is done it will yield even more results than when I've taken those, even though this NMNH is diluted by a blend of a bunch of things too.

It's one of those supplements that if you start taking now they may really help and benefit you in the future. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It also contains anti-aging properties. They're very effective.The capsules are regular size. They're easy to swallow. They don't have any strong smells or flavors. You get 150 capsules in the jar, you take 2 a day, so it's enough for 2.5 months.I think it's worth a try.Take care of your future self.
