I have been using LyfeFuel for about a year and a half. I absolutely love it. For lunches at work I shake it up in a blender bottle and eat an apple or other piece of fruit with it. I feel full and have more energy than if I ate take out or a sandwich - but if I do not have the piece of fruit I do still feel hungry. I am pretty active, so I think I benefit from that extra bit of solid food. But the real wonder is when I make this into a sort of smoothie. Coconut water, Chocolate LyfeFuel, Peanut Butter, and a banana - blended with some ice. It is so good. I often skip a typical dinner altogether in favor of this smoothie. Sometimes I have this three times in a day and consume nothing else but water. I tried a couple other similar products but found LyfeFuel to be the best. Now, I refuse to remove a star for this as it has nothing to do with the seller or product, but.. I typically bought this directly from LyfeFuel. They were running out of stock somewhat frequently earlier this year (2024) and I found Amazon to have it available more often with faster shipping times. For some reason the local Amazon drivers have really struggled with this product specifically. I have ordered it 6 or 7 times and it was delivered to the wrong address on 3 instances. Amazon was quick and understanding in resolving the issue - but it is hard not to be frustrated when my house number is clearly displayed, etc. Further, when it has been delivered to the corrected address (like this morning) they do not follow the instructions I have listed on my account. Why even give us the option if drivers can choose not to listen? End rant. LyfeFuel is awesome. For some reason Amazon drivers struggle with this item specifically for me. Most other orders are no issue.

Chemical taste isn't even close to what chocolate should taste like. Terrible expensive stuff. I tried using it with all different kinds of smoothies hoping it would mask the awful chemical taste bud no luck.

loovve the taste of this, the chocolate flavor is super creamy and mixes well with coffee (how i usually have my morning shake). I also like that with how packed this is with so many supplements, I was able to cut out a few others i regularly purchase. Yes this particular shake is expensive, but I'm also not having to buy a couple other supplements. Honestly, the only thing I wish was that this had more protein. 18 g is alright, but definitely wish it were more.

I travel a lot for work, and typically don't get to stop for a meal until around dinner time. I purchased some protein powder travel containers and put this meal replacement shake in it and tossed them in my luggage with a shaker bottle. Perfect for a quick "breakfast" or "lunch" when you're on the go! Very filling and gets me through the day. Definitely has kind of an odd flavor, but it's not unbearable.
