Oz.) : Beauty & Personal Care Review: Greenhouse magic - I puchased a 4oz bottle to test and came back for 16oz more. This is very strong and thick like molasses. Blends well with clear dish soap and water. I use it in my greenhouse on pepper plants. I mix 1T. Of neem and 1T. Of organic clear dishsoap. Not Castile. Kills ants and fungus nats on contact, with no negitive effects on mature plants, younger plants may have some issue with it . It does have a very strong odor and may give you a headache, i spray it and get out for 30 minutes. 24 hours after spraying and still no piss ants to be found. What a nice product. Works on ants, aphids, nats.......ect. This stuff is the real deal, not a watered down essential oil. Overall a very good value. Review: Works Well - Good product and works well. Lie the smaller size. I can't use a larger size bottle before it goes bad, so this size is perfect.

Saved my dracaena plant! Stopped SCABIES see UPDATE
I added water and sprayed on my lemon lime dracaena plant. Saved it! Thank you because it's a special plant from a great person with wonderful memories. UPDATE - scabies I ended up with the eternal itch because of the nursing home. It's an unfortunate reality for people who are long term in the hospital, a nursing home or even a hotel room that wasn't properly cleaned. You are not dirty for having scabies. This is fixable. Keep reading. There is no over night fix for scabies, period. When using a neem oil regimen it is recommended for no fewer than five EVENINGS in a row and up to 10 depending on level of infestation. Put it on at night when the mite is most active. Use old sheets to lay on your bed until the regimen is complete. Don't skip that step. The way neem oil works is that the mite bites you (he was going to anyway) he dies because neem is a natural insecticide. Simply having neem oil on an insect isn't effective, it has to ingest it. I tried the lotion from the doctor with zero success. I looked up a DIY recipe to manage my situation only to find out I'd already purchased the most important ingredient - neem oil. It's best to use cold pressed 100% neem not mixed with anything. That's what this product is. I saw a review where a well meaning individual questioned it's authenticity bc it came to her in liquid form and was very dark. Neem oil in the fridge (where you should keep this) is a solid, but at room temperature and sometimes below room temperature, it's a very dark liquid. This is not a knock off. How I did it - I mixed in a small glass container the following ingredients - grapeseed oil (carrier oil), neem oil in its liquid form, tea tree oil, cinnamon essential oil, clove essential oil, lavender essential oil and fresh aloe vera. After doing a few spot checks to check for reaction, I started care. Where to use it - (check the where not to use disclaimer) - You can use this all over your body. Get your ears, all over the back of your arms, on your bottom, between the toes, all the way up to your crotch, inner thigh, under arms and knees. Make sure you get in folds like love handles and your belly button. Where not to use this particular mix - Because of the cinnamon and clove oils you should not use this on your face or inside your lady parts. Men can use it everywhere except the face. Google for male part specifics. For a safe facial mix make a small batch that doesn't include cinnamon and clove. Don't risk your eye sight by using it with them in there. You may also use this as a water based mix for your scalp. You need to treat your scalp, too. Full body coverage is what you need. Smell - Please stop saying it smells bad just bc you're not accustomed to the smell. I understand in the US that this is not a scent you get at Bed Bath and Beyond but that doesn't mean it stinks. This isn't what you are used to but many, many other cultures use this regularly. It may not be the scent you're accustomed to but then again, are you accustomed to scabies. No. You will get used to the scent but you can not live with the itch. Hang in there. Neem and tea tree oil is your fix. The other oils are for pain relief and to repair damaged, irritated or inflamed skin. All ingredients together is a powerful punch. Neem oil has a kind of nutty scent that mixes well with other essential oils that help stop scabies, lice and other intense itching including from menopause. Use an old sheet set and old pillow cases to avoid getting it on your bed, if the smell bothers you. You have an ordeal with scabies. It's not going away over night, but this is effective and safe for most. Since scabies is very contagious. It is highly recommended that everyone in the house do some forms of treatment or prevention. Good health to you

Using for dogs mites, a God send
It's much too long a story to tell here, but finally, we have found help with this neem oil! It's worked better than anything (and trust me, it's a long list of things) that we have tried over the course of 2 plus years, for our dogs skin issues. Antibiotics and steroids can not be used long term, especially in dogs with poor health or who are aging. So mite control can be an extremely hard thing to deal with, mentally and emotionally, not to mention physically for both you and the dog. If you have got the horrible diagnosis of "generalized demodicosis" and have used everything and the vet is saying maybe to put the dog down? Try this neem first! Things you'll want to know: 1:It must be cut with a carrier oil, I am using 1 part neem oil to 3 parts grape seed oil. That's on the stronger side, and a bit aggressive. For puppies it's recommended to do 1 part neem to 10 parts carrier oil. So that's a big window. Just please do your research before using it. Consider how old your pet is and how weak. Go easy if they are not well. 2. Your poor fur baby will get worse before it gets better. The die off of mites causes toxins around the stressed and dying mites. They secrete toxins that your dogs body has to process. The pockets of dead mites will leave itchy raised bumps where yeasts will then grow in the damaged tissues. My poor girl looked sun burned and was covered in bumps and scabs and was very sore. I bathed her in the morning to wash off the scabs and crusts and old oil, then applied the oils all over her body (because the mites will come out and try to move to a place on them where there is no oil) at 5pm every day for a week. After the week I cut bathing and oil application down to every 2 days. I plan to do that for 2 months, because mites can have a life span of up to 37 days. Monitoring from there. My girl has peace again. Her skin is healing and her coat is beautiful. 3: Neem has a strong odor. I'm sorry. The best natural remedies always do. Stinky and taste bad. Some say the smell is like, road kill, garbage can, dead mouse. Other's say garlic. There is a Sulphur component to neem, and I think that's one reason it works. I don't mind it so much myself. I can detect the earthiness of the plant, it reminds me of old coffee grounds or golden seal paste. After a day I can smell the garlic. 4: From what I gather it's safe for the dog to lick, but by all means don't add it to their food or allow them to lick too much of it fresh. I find very contradicting things concerning cats, so if you need to use it for your cat, do plenty of research. Some say it's safe, some not. I have a cat, and he's been all around my Roo with her oils on everything and is fine. I hope this message helps someone else, if not for their pet, perhaps even for themselves. Neem is said to kill lice, fleas and fungal infections too. I will never be without it in my home again! Sure wish I had known about it sooner. Best wishes.

Okay But There Are Other Products That Smell Better And Aren't Oily
The smell of this is terrible. I don't suggest putting it on if you are going to be around other people. Plus if it is in contact with your clothing, you will need something to barricade it from your clothing - after all it is a very dark, pure oil. No doubt it has healing properties which I have used on sensitive skin for itching. Additionally, I understand it is an antiseptic so if you have been digging at those itchy spots and don't want an infected wound, this can really help. I think I feel there are other anti-itch, antiseptics out there that are easier to work with which are not oily or have a terrible smell. I was just really curious about Neem. Another thing I understand is that Neem is used to kill mites on people.
