For the health benefits, I'll update as I see (or don't see) results: Hair - haven't noticed my hair growing quicker, but I don't shed as much as I used too. Sleep - I used to be lucky if I got 4 or 5hrs of sleep each night, but I've been getting 7 to 8hrs since starting to eat these. So I’m on my 4th bottle,I think it’s fair to say things don’t happen overnight so I wanted to give the product time before my review. Where I see a difference is in nail growth,somewhat hair growth. Not my skin nor thickness of hair. So to me it’s doing something. I will continue for a few more months before deciding to keep or switch.
