taste great ! Love the flavor. In my opinion I think the ones that have a little sour in the flavor do great for energy. Take my word for it coming from someone with ADHD

It's ok. I was really excited about the flavor but it was not what I expected. Very limey in my opinion. Overall, I really like C4 products, I was just not impressed with this flavor at all.

My favorite C4s are Cherry Limeade and Popsicle Orange Creamsicle. I got the sour gummy splash on a whim because it was part of the spring sale; was happily surprised at the subtle sourness main flavor is akin to a green gummy bear.
