Good mix of vits
Spent forever searching for something that would help with grey hair. I knew I was short on copper and zinc and these tablets were the best multivits (others were like 50% of RDA, these are 200% for copper!). Very easy to take, slipping down with no problem unlike the larger capsules you can get. Only complaint is that the bag doesn't stand upright as easily as I'd like so best to empty into your previous bottle.

There are so many multi vitamins on the market and the prices differ ,I read the reviews and the price was a bonus,the tablets are small and easy to swallow,does not have a strong smell and reading on the ingredients this tablet does support my health.
