How do you set the time?

Pull the crown out to the first position, to set the date; pull the crown out to the second position, to set the time. When the time and date is OK, push the crown in.

How long is the wrist strap in inches

The max length of the watch is about 8.07 inches ( 20.5 cm ). The band adjust tool is coming with the watch, you can remove the band links by yourself to shorten the strap.
