Love taking shower after fitting this
After lot of research I ended up using a combination of this filter with Y strainer in input! I love my shower after fitting these!Specially After losing hair due to hard water and dry skin for years this is a peace of mind! Please get it fitted with help of a good plumber who use water flow and direction correctly. Make sure to clean the fittings like shower before use to clean old dust.

Totally waste of money. It is not a Hard water softner
Product is not useful. Totally waste of money. It is not converting Hard water to soft water. When I contact company, they are saying it is only condioning hard water, not making it soft water. But they are selling it as Hard water softner. They are making fool people. Govt should take some action.

A good product
Its been a month since i bought it.. Till now its working great.. It has covered one whole washroom.. So helps in keeping hard water at bay.. Can actually feel d difference in water..

better than 3M water filter
Previously I was using 3M mainline filter but it was not that great.Now with WaterScience main-line filter my water TDS came down to 300 from 700tds.Please be sure to connect pipe properly and make sure to use a water pressure pump as its common side-effect of using a water filter. Good job WaterScience

Not working
dont buy itit dont change hard water into soft waterwaste of money

Very worst filter
I installed this product in my home few days back . But still now am getting salt water only in my home... This filter is not working and it's totally waste of money... This company is blaming the people...

Does the job!
Water quality in Bangalore is very poor. The hard water will cause hair loss, dry skin problems etc. I went for this product because it's made by a Banglore based company.I felt it's difficult to install because it's not DIY, you need a plumber who knows and understands the pipelines in the apartments or house.I checked the softness of water falling from 1600 ppm to 270 ppm however TDS remained the same.I am skeptical about its filter lifespan - expecting 6 months of uninterrupted use.

Product is good, service needs improvement
Good product for the price range and mainly the size of the softner as compared to Kent. Only issue was with the installation since they have only one service engineer for the whole of Bangalore and he did a bad job - I bought 4 mainline softners and all four were leaking - had to call another plumber to get it sorted.
