Q: Has anyone used this energy drink as part of a Keto diet? Stevia is said to be best during ketosis but I just want to be sure.

Yes! I do 20:4 fasting everyday, eating around 4pm and 8pm. I drink one of these every morning with some MCT oil! It's a great way to start my day! I also don't drink coffee and I love a cool refreshing drink in the morning! Sometimes I have two in a day, and drink one with some ketones before a workout! I love it! It's a true game changer for my husband and I, since we started intermittent fasting and healthy keto! I highly recommend! I did lots of research and this one is the best! Sweetened with stevia, no sucralose!

Our caffeine is extracted from coffee beans. Each can of Zevia Energy contains 120mg of caffeine.

Q: Are the Tea flavors non-carbonated but still contain same source as caffeine as others?

The caffeine in our Energy Drinks and Organic Tea is extracted from tea leaves. The caffeine in our sodas is from green coffee beans.
