I used this sleep supplement as part of my nightly routine, and it dissolves quickly and tastes good which makes it easy to take. It works fairly fast and helps me fall asleep without much hassle. The format is convenient and doesn’t require water, which I like. I haven’t noticed any issues using it regularly so far. Overall, an effective option if you’re looking for something simple to help with sleep.

These work so fast. They will definitely make you sleepy and stay asleep longer than the other ones I've tried!

I am a mom of two. So good sleep is hard to come by. I also work very long hours (13 hour days some days). So finding something to help me not only fall asleep, but stay asleep, that doesn’t make me tired all the next day has been a struggle. It either doesn’t work, tastes terrible, or gives me a hangover and grogginess the next day. Until my local Walmart had a display with these dissolving sleep tabs on it. So I gave them a shot. When the display was gone at my local store I couldn’t find them anywhere. So I looked where else? The place for everything. Amazon. Amazon of course had them!! I absolutely love these. They melt easily, don’t have a horrible chalky taste to them, or medicine taste either. They arrive quickly too. I take mine about 30 minutes before I’m ready for bed. I let them slowly dissolve under my tongue. Then swish the residual down with some water. About 20-30 minutes later I can feel my body naturally begin to tire. An I don’t have that laggy hangover the next day that some sleeping helpers give you. I make sure I have at least seven hours of sleep before taking them. So I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go the next day. I’ve been ordering them for over a year now. An I love the quick delivery and natural sleep I get from them. An if you have a hard time swallowing pills these are the way to go!

I'm used to taking melatonin and other sleep aids without any issues. This is no different, I like that they are dissolvable tabs and they don't taste awful. After purchasing here, I was unable to find them in store. So it looks like if I want more I will need to probably subscribe and save. They are fast dissolve, doesnt taste bad, no bad aftertaste, either. No overly large packaging, which I also appreciate, so many times you get a giant bottle, and it's only half full this is a perfect size.

These things are awesome (formerly a gummy Olly fan), but these are better imo because they don’t get stuck in your teeth or harden after 20 days of being in a resealed bag. They knock me out after about 20 mins after taking them. I def feel groggier in the AM, but it’s a fair trade when I sleep deeper at night. 10/10 for zonking out (light sleepers, you should try these!) Having some REM sleep is better than waking up every few hours (for me).I definitely lucid dream more often with these, but I also get deeper sleep so the good outweighs the bad for me.

This is an excellent sleep supplement. They dissolve quickly. Usually, the dosage is perfect for an entire night. Due to a new medication, I am wide awake after 2am. This is the best sleep aide, I have tried. Great value for your money.

I’m going to start by saying that I am loving the new way of sleeping with this sleep aid! I’ve tried straight melatonin but it never gave me enough sleep time like this product does and the strength of this one does not have a lot of sugar and the ingredients are right on the box for those concerned about what’s in there but I can tell you all it’s nothing like having a good night sleep and waking up refreshed!! And they don’t cost that much either for 30 little melt away pills you let melt in your mouth 20-30 minutes before bedtime and you’re ready for night night!!!
