I have lower back pain and have had since I was 15. It got to its worst in 2014 when I had to seek Chiropractic treatment. A long story short, on occasion my back requires some stretching and this device works well. I've only got it on the first setting as advised. I was going to start on the second setting but the first is difficult enough. I call it the STD (spinal torture device) as it hurts to begin with. A lot. I have to lie gently on it and slowly let my muscles relax which takes a few minutes. Once relaxed I can feel my back ease. This does become easier after repeated use. Once done, it says to roll off to one side and rest. This is what I do - only 'rest' = 'roll into the foetal position'. It makes me feel winded for 10 seconds or so. It turns out I'm not built to be a gymnast which comes as no great surprise. It sounds grisly but it really does help with the stretches. The spikes are meant to do something with pressure points but to be honest they're the least of your worries as curving your spine the wrong way causes the most grief. All to good effect though. On the whole I would recommend by STD to anybody.

Excellent product, as someone who doesn’t suffer chronic pain it did an amazing job after hard days work or just a good needed crack! For my sister with chronic pain she is obsessed with it! It’s made a huge difference for her! If you have chronic pain and or spinal fusing she reccomends using it for short periods as using it for extended times can cause more pain, but short bursts does an amazing job at relieving pain💕 Great product 10/10

I had a old injury back injury in hs wrestling and would still feel it all the time but I would buy all kinds of foam rollers and back massagers and infared heating pads which are all beneficial but this was the the missing piece this helps your spine decompress and helps your body stop muscle guarding and relax but I would say pair this with a infrared heating pad warm your back muscles up and then lay on the stretcher and I think that's the best approach the first level of stretchers plenty I would say chill with that for a while before moving up when your back gets used to it

Estoy muy contento con el producto! fue suficiente utilizarlo un día como respaldo de mi silla, para comenzar a sentir que las vertebras se acomodaban solitas y podía estirar la espalda y sentir alivio. Sé que la información del producto sugiere utilizarlo acostado pero es que a mi me funcionó mucho mejor estando sentado, acostado se me hacia un ejercicio muy fuerte.
