Q: What is the optimal steeping time and temperature?

Temperature should be boiling hot; if the water is hot enough, you'll only need to step for 3 minutes or so for good, strong tea. Enjoy!

Q: I love my scottish afternoon tea. how does edinburgh tea compare to it?

I first bought this in Edinburgh after having it at high tea in the afternoon - it’s by far my favorite (and I’m a avid tea person!)
