This three tine plugger is very well built. I have dense compacted clay soil. I gave the area I was plugging a light watering in the morning and then another in the evening and was able to plug easily. I love the design that lets these plugs continuously pop out, and I don’t have to clean them out like other pluggers. When it eventually will get dull, I’ve noticed that Amazon carries the replacement tines for about $30 and it even comes with a tool to switch them out easily. Really loving this for my lawn.

A very high quality product. The hollow tine design is exceptional. If you're having any issues with the tines plugging, it's because of the soil conditions or type of soil. I found that waiting a day after watering helped the aerator work more efficiently and effectively. Definitely recommend this product.

Iedere cent waard! Ontvangen en ik wilde hem gelijk 'even uitproberen'. Ik kon niet meer stoppen. Wat een fijn, robuust product. De (klei)aarde was op dat moment vochtig en de beluchter gleed er gewoon doorheen. Mijn tuin is enorm maar ik kijk ernaar uit om het karwei af te maken!
