Great starter set for sourdough baking
These proofing baskets are fantastic! I got into the sourdough trend this year (a little late, I know) and had been using a colander lined with a tea towel to proof my dough in the fridge. These banneton baskets definitely upleveled my game and now let me proof and bake two loaves at once. I just cover them with a shower cap in the fridge and let them proof overnight - works perfectly. Theyโre lightweight, hold their shape well, and are easy to clean after use. The included dough whisk is also great and makes mixing the starter and dough much easier. Overall, this is a solid set for anyone getting serious about sourdough baking.

The items were good and as advertised by the vendor. However, the delivery driver left the items on top of the mailbox at the street instead of driving up the battleaxe driveway and leaving the items at the front door. Lucky
