I first experienced Blue Bottle at one of their physical locations in Chicago, and after such a great in-store experience, I decided to order this 12-ounce bag of their Balanced Medium Roast. The quality is outstanding. You can tell these are high-grade, organic beans; the roast is incredibly consistent, and the flavor profile is smooth and perfectly balanced. While Blue Bottle is certainly not cheap, you truly get what you pay for here. When you factor in the freshness and the premium sourcing, the price is very fair for this level of specialty coffee.
